Difference between team building and team training session

Both terms are important in perspective of company i.e. team building and team training.
Firstly we will see meaning of team building:
The process of working collaborative with a group of people in order to achieve a goal.as it is necessary for colleagues to work well together, trying their best in any circumstance.
In this teamwork the main goal is people try to cooperate each other using their individual skills and providing constructive feedback, resolve any personal conflict between individuals. Organization often focuses on importance of teamwork.

There are different ways to improve teamwork in the workplace:
1. Implement good recognition program :
- Encourage quality teamwork by rewarding groups for good performance and effective management.

2. Encourage Social Activities :
-Teamwork is enhanced when employee know each other and comfortable discussing a variety of issues.  This type of event could be informal such as meeting each other in nearby coffee shop or team dinner party.

3. Outline clear Roles:
- The role of each team member should be clear to other team member that may help to boost teamwork abilities.

4. Identify existing problem:
- If any team member facing some issue in work that issue should be discuss with other team members and team leads by taking a meeting.

So, these are the different ways to improve the teamwork.
According to analysis, companies that provide team training can able to see as much as a 20% increase the team performance.
Human resource management regards training and development as function concerned with organizational activity aimed at bettering the job performance of individuals and groups in organization settings.
Training is a program that helps employees learn specific knowledge or skill to improve own performance in the current role. Development is more expensive and focuses on employee growth and future performance, rather than an immediate job role.
