Word-of-mouth marketing can be encouraged through different publicity activities set up by companies, or by having opportunities to encourage consumer-to-consumer and consumer-to-marketer communications. It includes buzz, viral, blog, emotional and social media marketing.
Word Of Mouth has different types:

  1.  Educating people about your products and services
  2.  Identifying people most likely to share their opinions
  3.  Providing tools that make it easier to share information
  4.  Studying how, where, and when opinions are being shared
  5. Listening and responding to supporters, detractors, and neutrals
