When people ask, “what is your favorite game of all time”, you cannot help but feel somewhat lost in response. But when you put into context and think very hard, the best you can do is narrow it down to a select few. And after much time and deliberation, I manage to put it down to just 2. And that was only possible because I put the decade moniker on it. So, with that in mind, here are my top 2favorite games

                                                 

My first and the most favorite game is Farcry 3 developed and published by Ubisoft, Montreal. Far Cry 3 is a first-person shooter and game plot is Jason Brody, his older and younger brothers Grant and Riley, his girlfriend Liza, and their friends Daisy, Keith, and Oliver, go on vacation in Bangkok to celebrate Riley getting his pilot's license. While skydiving, they land on archipelago named the Rook Islands, controlled by pirates led by Vaas. After being captured, Grant and Jason are held and taunted by Vaas while the others are taken to be held for ransom. Grant engineers their escape but is killed by Vaas; distraught, Jason manages to scramble away.He is met by Dennis Rogers, an inhabitant of the island working with the Rakyat tribe to seize control back from the pirates. Dennis sees the potential in Jason to follow the Rakyat "path of the warrior" in rescuing his friends, and gives him atatau that gives Jason the strength and knowledge to defeat the pirates.

Self confidence is like an umbrella in the rain, it does not stops the rain but gives the confidence to stand in the rain. Likewise, self confidence does not solve the problem but gives us strength to face the problems. If you want to increase your self confidence then there are 3 easy steps you can follow.

Accept Yourself: It's a human behavior that a person always runs away from the weaknesses he have, but if you want to grow self confidence then you have to accept all your weaknesses .We often hear this "Know your weaknesses and work on them" but before that we should know our strength and try to increase it which gives full confidence over something.

Talk fast and walk fast: It is always seen that confident people usually talk faster than others and they even walk faster than normal pedestrians just because the confidence they have on themselves.
So, if we need to increase our confidence then we should have the practice of talking fast and walking faster than other people which helps to grow the self confidence. Your confidence should reflect on or body and it will automatically be reflected on your mind.

                           

No need to prove yourself in front of others: When we try to prove ourselves in front of others we actually try to prove ourselves right and the other person wrong, which brings negativity in our mind. In such situation we lose focus on our self and lower our confidence. As long as we know that we are growing and learning, there is no need to prove yourself to anyone.

By following these steps one can bring self confidence and see its power of changing our lives.

Letter Writing and Landlines a thing of past !

Technology has always been a factor where the keeping up with the market demands and pace of advancements have rendered plenty objects obsolete. A process of executing a certain task is always subjected to optimization and technology has impacted it a lot. So what has changed now ? Have we become more co-dependent on technology that we are loosing our abilities to perform simple tasks !
                                                         

                                           
For a kid going to school letter writing was one of the most important and fun activity. Writing a letter to yourself and sending it to your own house was one fun activity almost everyone can look back on them fondly, same is the case when it comes to calling people on their landlines. But in light of new technology these simple joys are lost. Smartphones, E-chats, Micro-Blogging etc have changed the way we communicate. Although people are more available and global distances are reduced, it still seems that people are too co-dependent on technology. A postman now delivers only bills and a landlines phone has now became a decorative piece in the house !


                                   
It is now up to us to preserve the things, it is up to us to either type in lol or go ahead and really laugh out loud.

Communication plays a key role in any organization. A lot can go wrong between an idea conception and actual execution. The more people involved in passing on the information, the more are the chances for loss of information. Perception is the way an individual looks at something and deduces his or her own interpretation. Especially in day to day task and which are closely related to any creative work it is easy going down the wrong path. Problems such as missing the delivery, wasting your resources time and not using the allocated time for the project efficiently are some common issues one might face.

When it comes to managing a clients expectations and helping him in executing the business ideas, it is crucial to maintain a very minimal loss of fidelity. The basic 101's of communication suggests that when information is being exchanged between two people through a medium, there is bound to be a loss of information. So since this is very closely related to the make or break, the successful execution of a project the question is how to avoid such scenarios.

Protocols! : It is very important to setup the right protocols for exchange of such information. Be it E-mails, Documents or in any other form the most important thing is to capture the information is a uniform standard way. You can design your own standards and perfect them over time but they are extremely important to maintain flow of information.

Right Person, Right Place: The Soft Skills set is a vital quality. It is very important for every employee to have some basic set of soft skills. This ensures that a person working in a team doesn't face major issues. Working in a team is based on trust and communication helps to build it. 
                                         

There are plenty of books available in the market that help in guiding you to setup a good environment for you organization in terms of exchange of information. But ultimately it depends on each individual to do his or her own part that helps to drive the entire machine.

It is a market which as grown in light of technological advancements and convenience. It is an area where the modern day business man sees the opportunity to increase sales without putting in a lot of efforts. Mobile Commerce has not only revived the consumer market but has also affected marketing, IT industry.

The most creative brand has brought a new and a volatile product in the history of the apple. Yes we are talking about iOS version 9 Beta 1.

We all have seen the apple version fromiOS  1x to iOS 8 which have initiated from the first iteration of apple touch centric mobile OS to the all-new iCloud and many more features.
Now the company has introduces its latest operating system with all of the advance feature and they called it iOS 9 Beta 1.

What is DART ???

Dart is an open source web programming language developed by Google. The goal of Dart is "ultimately to replace JavaScript as the lingua franca of web development on the open web platform”. Dart relies on a source-to-source compiler to JavaScript. Dart was "designed to be easy to write development tools for, well-suited to modern app development, and capable of high-performance implementations."Stable version of dart releases on 14 December 2014.
Dart was designed to be easy to write development tools for, well-suited to modern app development, and capable of high-performance implementations.
Dart is a class based, single inheritance, object-oriented language with C-style syntax. It supports interfaces, abstract classes, reifiedgenerics, and optional typing. Static type annotations do not affect the runtime semantics of the code. Instead, the type annotations can provide documentation for tools like static checkers and dynamic run time checks.
Isn’t Dart a lot like JavaScript?
When compared to JavaScript, Dart aims to be faster, and more scalable to large programs.The Dart project thinks that JavaScript can use some changes for more productive software engineering, smarter editors and development environments, and web apps that are as beautiful and pleasing as the best client apps can be. On the other hand, Dart don’t think everything needs to change, and why change what isn’t broken?
Dart, like JavaScript, is a dynamically typed language. It adds optional type annotations to help you catch errors earlier. It takes out a few features of JavaScript, such as prototypes and the global object: this streamlines the VM, enables faster execution, and makes it easier to do code completion and refactoring.

                                                                 

Isn’t Dart a lot like Java?
Well, Java is statically typed, and Dart is dynamically typed. Dart has optional static type annotations, where in Java they are required. There are big differences in the nature of the two languages. But Dart is a curly-brace language, and it shares some keywords with Java, such as “extends” and “final”, so we can see why people make the comparison.
We can compare Dart with many languages but only comparison won’t improve language structure. Because every language has its own quality, they are improved according to developers prospective  and  faster execution of that.
There is lot more about Dart.
But still this is just a beginning of new web programming language.

JVM Architecture

In every java application we have .java files. Let say “Test.java file, this file is given to compiler i.e javac .Then the compiler will generate java class file (Test.class). This is very beginning stage.

This .class file we have to give input to JVM(Java Virtual Machine )  .Then JVM is responsible to load and executive Test.class file. This class file act input to class loader subsystem (Module of JVM)

Assume that we have class loader subsystem. In this three various sub modules

1. Loading

2. Linking

3. Initializing

Again in loading there are multiple type like

a.       Bootstrap loader.

b.      Extention loader.

c.       Application class loader.

Again in linking there are three type like

a.       Verify

b.      Prepare

c.       Resolve

There 1^st loading part is executive, then linking and at last initializing.

                                     

This means class loader subsystem is responsible to perform this above activity. As we seen above .class is input to “class loader subsystem”.

                                        

As we know class subsystem loads our class. Now for loading there is requirement memory.

Now there are various memory present inside JVM.

1.Method Area(class leave data and static variable are store.)

2.Stack Area(local variable etc.)

3.Heap Area(all objects are store in heap memory)

4.PC Register(for every thread separate PC register is there.)

5.Native Method Area(Separate run type thread )

We have changed a lot ! One has to agree that a conventional shopper has now gotten a wide array of platforms for buying goods.  Now a business has become bold and with several new avenues to exploit the chances of turning a small idea into a successful business is more of reality. This has now become possible only because of few specific things. A perfect balance of market demand and the technological advancement have lead to this situation. A customer is no longer the only one who walks into the shop. A business owner now engages a customer through e-mail, mobile-app, through a website and many other such electronic platforms.

It seems that we have gotten either too lazy or too smart. WordPress Updates! But will it work?

When it comes to content management systems WordPress definitely enjoys a lot of popularity. Be it personal blogs, business websites or even e-commerce website, it is fairly evident that WordPress is a preferred choice. WordPress enjoys a strong community that drives it to grow and progress in terms of functionality and updates but security has always been a concern. It is not possible to make a system 100% secure but a conscious effort made to identify security threats and take counter measures is vital especially with a product that is widely used.

WordPress recently have released a version 4.1.2 which highlights the critical security issues faced by the CMS. The update is known as ‘Critical Security Updates’ which focuses on preventing anonymous users from compromising the Websites. The earlier version faced issues such as cross-site scripting vulnerability. Although this security issue is faced by other similar CMSs, WordPress developed Websites seem like a popular target for hackers. FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) have released a statement in April 2015 stating that terrorist groups such as ISIS and other radical organizations are also targeting websites that are vulnerable to continue their propaganda.

It is extremely vital now more than ever that security of a website... however small it may be should be taken seriously.  For the WordPress users and Webmasters it very important they keep updating the WordPress version used with security updates.

For any organization team structure is equally important along with other areas. When we talk about site development team structure plays important role in picture ,  team structure depends on planning, strategic importance and project cost. In case of website development , whether the project is small or medium size  team structure depends on it. For small project the single person with expertise can handle multiple areas. Even In the small project, team discipline needs to be follow.


                                                  

For large team structure, it is necessary to have required  skill set like planning , strategy planning, project management UI design, graphic design , site production, sales & marketing, testing, analysis etc. For large project in decided team structure each of above skills are performed by either expert who has the expertise in it or the team member who has been assigned this task to perform.

Team structure for any website development are agile that means it is not permanent, different person with different expertise comes together  for certain time period of website development and perform specific task. Team breaks when site development is completed , later further team get formed for maintenance or testing this entire procedure will perform as per the strategy  planning and cost structure.
