YOGA-Art of quality living

Yoga people or we can say "Yogies" are always the best people around us, not because of their fitness but of their positive thinking and the positive attitude towards life.
Yoga not only gives physical strength but also gives mental strength to handle different difficult situations.
Yoga is a powerful workout. You may feel light-headed or nauseous during your first experience but after some instance of time you will be used to it.
At first the heated room of your mind combines with your physical movements can cause difficulty, but don't leave the room or get discouraged. Simply lie down until you are feeling better and don't worry if you skip some poses.

There are ultimate benefits of yoga on our lives. Some of which are as follows:-
Ups your heart rate
Helps you focus
Maintains your nervous system
Encourages self-care
Gives you inner strength
Eases your pain
Increases your blood flow and many others.

It’s a good thing to try something new. Or, you can do something nice for yourself or other people.
Yoga is my strength, my inspiration to live a happy life as I inhale all its sweetness and exhale all my worries.
